Just ordered a towbar lock from Hunters in Preston and asked if they can show me how to change when I pick it up. They said it would need to b e booked in!! is it that hard?? Mark

I'm guessing you're talking about a new green knob and keys for your removable tow bar.
If that is what you're referring to, then no, it's not that hard, but they're probably not listening to what you asked and assuming you want them to fit it for you
it is quite straightforward really. Obviously, we shan't be posting a how to on a public forum
