I was told to avoid d3s that had a lot of owners. Is 3 owners on an 04 with 95k a lot? Is this is a sign of a problem car or pretty normal. Apparently has full LR service history though supposedly all from same garage though is doubtful unless they all lived in the same area. Guess that's verifiable though.

Compare that with other 10 yr old vehicles. Lower than average I'd say. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
2010 D4 HSE (A bit bling)-GONE
2014 D4 HSE (Almost too bling)-GONE
2015 D4 HSE (A heated what?)-GONE

Mine had 7 owners at 60k miles. 
Happily it's also been brilliant. Straight through its MOT for the 3rd year on the trot. Just turned 80k and the only failures to date have been a heater fan relay, alternator and rear brake calliper binding.  Narpy Grill, tinted windows, Smooth leather wheel (TLO Group buy), ACM fitted (thanks TLO), Rear door loom and Row 2 & 3 audio switch upgrade, RRS 20" wheel change, 285 Cooper LTZ's Sat Nav Mod (until I get a Faultmate upgrade), Front & Rear lamp guards. 4x4 screen now switched on - Woody32, Follow me home reverse lights - woody32, Auto release EPB - Woody32. Off Road Navigation - Woody32. Remap + EGR's switched off. Full chassis clean and Waxoyl.
