Last minute phone call from a friend in the D2BC, there's three of us going tomorrow, a D1, D2, and my D3! EGR blanked and plumbing removed

Was it you I saw today between Everleigh and Upavon barracks in a convoy of 3 Discos around midday?
If so that was me waving from the Galway green jobbie

Hi mate, possibly but I was in a convoy of 4 and didn't spot another D3, that said I was (for once) looking where I was going!!!!  EGR blanked and plumbing removed

I live just off Salisbury plain to the north and have only just come back to the Disco fold after a few years in a RRS (well, 4.2 Supercharged  ).
I have driven the perimeter roads for years, teaching my kids how to drive at ...... age  but have never actually ventured over the internal tracks.
What are the rules and regs for driving these (obviously not when red flags are flying).
Can you point me in the right direction of some easy ones?
