The focus of the fire seems to be n/s/f so my guess would either be fbh or battery connections?Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

I noticed that there was smoke coming out from the rear of the car, we pulled over and found that there was diesel gushing from the rear of the engine and then as my mate said, that is least of your worries as it is on fire

ISTR the last one was caused by a fridge in the rear being smothered by stuff & pulling too much juice to try & cope.

Re the Isle of Wight one, wonder what made them think there was ammo in board? Would they assume all D3s are drive by the hunting, fishing & shooting set?
