Help, Suspension fault C1A00 control module

I changed my rods for ajdustable ones.
Before removing the original rods I put the car into 'build mode' (IIDTool suspension settings) to be sure it stays in off-road hight so I can reach the rods easier. And put all the calibration settiings at 170 because I want to set the hight by the rods.
After changing re-enabled the EAS but it keeps getting the fault 'C1A00 control module'.
Tried a hard reset, no change.
Tried to drive it; max speed 30MPH because of suspension fault. Big Cry

Hi

From your IIDTool's user manual:

-Build Mode
This routine deactivates or reactivates the air suspension.

Use
For example, use this routine when the suspension needs to be deactivated for maintenance purposes.

Note: This function may cause error messages to appear on the instrument cluster display. It may also affect other vehicle systems. Upon exiting, the error will disappear. Use the same function to reactivate the air suspension.

Edit, added:

Re-enable is used after a deflate was done. Also, make sure it is not in tight tolerance since this will also trigger this fault.

Cheers!

Remove the rods and restore the original calibration settings from backup and see what happens.

@PatGAPInnov I suppose you must be Patrick. You are a life saver!!

Stupid of me to think that the manual must be wrong and re-enabling the EAS should de-activate build mode. Just click build mode again and the error is gone!! Bow down

No worries, this is not the first time this question comes up. We will add a warning when the tool is connected to tell the user that the suspension is in build mode or in tight tolerance, which causes the fault to appear.

Steve, already answered, thanks!

Cheers!
