New my14 D4 and auto-high-beam-assist question

We've got our my14 D4. It's a Causeay Grey GS with bright pack; xenon upgrade; privacy glass; power fold mirrors tow-pack and other bits and bobs.

What I can't get to work is the auto-highbeam-assist. It's supposed to be there, but not coming on. Headlight switch is in auto , DRL led's work, low-beam comes on when it's dusk but high-beam never switches on? Is it possible that dealer did not enable this feature?

Lovely car apart from that.

Assume you've set it to 'On' and 'Drive on Left' in Vehicle Setup ?

Also high beam doesn't auto kick in till its pretty much dark.

I find it's not very sensitive. Tried it and turned it back off very soon.

Waste of effort of the design team in my opinion Thumbs Up

Assuming it is the same as the MY2012 D4, you will have to go into the set up menu,

Press the OK button on the steering wheel, a menu will show on the centre dash, scroll down to vehicle settings and press OK and you will find the HBA on/off in there Thumbs Up

It was reported on here a week or two ago that you can switch it on and off by pulling the indicator stalk towards you and holding it (as if to flash you main beam lights) I have been meaning to try this but keep forgetting whilst in the car Embarassed Laughing
