Disco 4 Sat Nav Audio and phone frozen

My disco 4 sat Nav audio player and phone interface has frozen this afternoon. No sound from the reversing detectors and alarm went off saying low battery turn audio off but it is off. Wouldn't worry but miles from home. Any clues?

Battery and alternator voltage ok?

If so, then try this:

Just wanted to say thanks for your response not brave enough to do the hard reset myself but took the car to Greens in Haverfordwest who reset all the fault codes for me. Interestingly the sat nav, audio and phone had all worked ok the next day after the original incident but then cruise control stopped working. Looked like the car had had a voltage dip and lost comms with a couple of modules which caused the problem. All working satisfactorily now just think there should be an easier way to power down the computer.
