Does anyone recognise the brand of the nudge bar on this Discovery 4 spotted on CarSales?

Emailed ECB and their response included a full bulbar or a higher version of the nudge bar that would be almost a high as the bonnet. Their web site shows a simular bar as the picture but listed as D3.
