I want to change the tyres. My lifting device can go up to 50 cm, is that enoug ?

19 inch will be wheels. The size of the wheels is irrelevant when determining whether you will need to lift the D3 and by how much.
The issue is the size of the tyre
Use this site http://tire-size-conversion.com/tyre-size-calculator/
to determine the diameter of the tyre size you're looking at.
If it's more than 31.5 inches, you will need to lift the Disco.
A 50mm lift is probably good for tyres up to 32.5 inches or so, though it's better to wait for more definite replies as I've never gone bigger than 31.5 inches Dennis

If you are doing one corner at a time and have a trolley jack put it under the suspension arm with a piece of wood on top of the jack for protection and prevent slipping, you only need to lift 2/3invhes It can when others can't,
