Window one touch closing

Hello All

I am new to D3 ownership and haven't had a chance to read the manual and play as I unfortunately picked it up the day before going back offshore.

I have a 2009 GS and would have expected at least the drivers window to have one touch closing and opening is this the case ?

Cheers

Thomas

On a MY 2009 both the driver and front passenger should have one touch opening and closing. This was introduced in the MY 2007 upgrade:

Push the buttons right down as far as they will go and release immediately.
Conversely, lift the buttons up as far as they will go and release immediately.

In an 09MY both front windows should have one touch. Unless it wasn't on the GS level ones.

Might not have been reset after a battery disconnect.
Put the window fully up, then pull the switch up again for a couple of seconds.
Fairly sure that's the case. It is on most 'one-touch' windows.

Can you retro fit one touch, i.e replace the drivers side 4 switch panel with a retro switch panel, or isn't it as siple as that?

My '05 has one touch up and down so I guess it can be retro fitted.

. Are you sure your vehicle does not have this on the drivers window switch ? even my lowly base 7 model has it. Confused You do have to push or pull the switch noticeably harder and further than normal travel to activate this BTW.

I have it on my base 07 model. But it does from time to time have a hiccup & wont do one touch. Aso some times when I go to close it it will not go all they way up & then drops itself down! I just have to keep trying to pop up and then it goes! Same with one touch it resets itself to work! Pesky gremlins!
