I'm planning to do my own flush of the D4 Auto Transmission next week, and have located the ATF cooler next to the front axle...

The bottom 2 smaller connections are the transmission fluid , which look like the should be quick release. Can anyone confirm if it needs a special tool to disconnect them from the cooler, or can it be released by hand?Previously:
