Very bright xenon

Looking at the xenons yesterday on my 05 SE and noticed that the NS seems to be brighter than my OS one, had the odd flash from on coming vehicles, any ideas plus is there a warranty period for xenons, did here that they are warranted for 10 years but not too sure? Goodyear Duratracs

It could be the shutter thats stuck open ?

There was a link on here some time ago that went thro the process of releasing the shutter by smoothing off a lip on the shutter that opened up on full beam ?

Sorry i cant be any more specific than that, Only dead fish go with the Flow !
