replacement upper tailgate release switch

As the title says, my switch has gone konk, need a replacement. Someone has the correct parts number?

Do I need to replace to whole handle or does the switch come seperate?

They are prone to corrosion. When mine stopped working I took it out, cleaned it up and it worked fine after that. The micro-switch was still fine. It's the leaver inside the handle that corrodes.
