Can't really tell so far, rush hour traffic doesn't give a chance for the right foot to flex...

I was surprised how dirty my filter was after 30k miles. Must be the M25 smog coz mine does not go offroad. Power restoration was noticeable and now I change the filter every 15k miles (or if the kit is cheaper, it will every 7500 miles when I do the oil)2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

A filter from advanced factors is less than a tenner.
Took it for a blast down the motorway after work, new filter and a 2 hour hose rinse of the intercooler has made a nice difference.
New inter cooler will help a touch more.. Right mike? In loving memory of FA54WSK.
