Hi guys, I have an error code for Egr. My question is, cg should I replace them or blank them off. If anyone could give me the pros and cons. If I blank them off, do I need to get it remapped. Vehicle is a 2005 disco 3 2.7 tdv6.

I have a 2005 2.7 as well, 115k on the clock, it was running fine, but from reading all the advice, I blanked mine off myself, easy enough to do and the amount of muck on the air intake was shocking, as was the gunk build up on the MAP sensor. I can't believe this is what my car has been breathing.
The kit from BAS is excellent and my car is smoother and better on fuel. No remap is needed on a 2005.
