can you share the link, the experts on here can take a good look at pics Thumbs Up

other than that, make sure you try everything....raising and lowering suspension, all the settings on the terain control, idealy get it in the air and play with the wheels to see if there's any movement (bearings)....check for any knocking, electronic park brake is working fine....air-con all working (hot and cold)....

be carefull though, I saw mine and was seduced straight away, ended up with a great big grin and wanted it......cost me abouy £1800 to put right what I missed when buying it Shocked But love it to bits and now even better than when I bought it Thumbs Up

Ask if the cambelt and fuel pump belt have been done ,they should have been done at that age .

I've just bought an 06 S spec for about that money privately, it had done slightly less miles and had also had the cam belts done, it also benefits from a full LR main dealer history (including the belt service).
The advice I was given on here was great, check everything etc. etc. ensure you know what to look for, or take someone who does.
I like the S spec it's got everything I wanted without I guess some of the complications of a HSE.
It's a fantastic car to drive.
There are plenty out there, I've been looking for approx 6 months, hopefully I have now found the right one.

Been to look at it today and its looks fine, all electrics, suspension etc all good, arranging for a test drive next week and will put all the questions you guys have suggested to the dealer and see where we go from there. Armed with all your great info I knew more about it than the dealer!!!

Thanks again..

Got to agree fantastic car to drive, I have just bought my first one but have been fortunate enough to have driven a few that weren't owned by me. Just got to hope it does not become a money pit but hopefully I have bought carefully and fingers crossed it will give years of happy motoring.
 Cheers Paul.K
