Is the price good for this disco

Hi Guys
Was advised it would be best to start a new post so here it is.
Basically I'm still very new to the whole Disco thing but know I'd like one, cheaper examples don't often come up over here and of course when they do they either go fast or everyone questions why so cheap.
This one has just come up:
http://www.jtinsight.com/JTIRA/JTIRA.aspx#..._/_WORKING
If it doesn't work this is the spec:
Price £9500
2005
77000miles
6 Speed Manual, 7 Seats.

Metallic Dark Blue, Black Full leather interior,Front and Rear heated Seats. Four wheel-drive, Navigation system with touch screen, Cruise control, Rear park distance control, 18" alloy wheels, Front and rear electric windows, Hi In Car Entertainment pack - Discovery, Automatic climate control, Height/reach adjustable steering column, Roof rails, Ultrasonic alarm, Remote locking, Electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, Power foldback door mirrors, electric seats, Service Records.

It looks like a good spec to me, but aside from the obvious questions, what should I really be looking for, would things like the cam belt have been done already, or more to the point should they have been done. What parts are likely to go next.
This will be quite a big purchase for me and I'd like to get it as right as possible even if it means walking away till another day.

Thanks very much

Nice car with good tyres as well which might serveyou well for many miles to come
If the belt where done check play in suspention arms but with that milage all should be good and you are getting arm rests on sesats which are very comfy option
Looks clean and if all checks outi would go for it

Yes it looks Good, whats the history Like ?

It should have just had its 105K service ? You need to ensure that this has been done or you could expect the price to be taken off the final figure ?

There will be some negotiation to come off the screen price, id aim for at least £500

The island isnt that big, do you know whos had it ? it might be worth paying them a visist ? have a look at the log book.

Good luck Thumbs Up

Being from Guernsey, my choices were even smaller, so I had a good excuse for a little holiday picking out a few good ones close to each other in the UK, Atleast buying from the UK you know that the vehicle has been run in properly and used at a varity of speeds rather than just the stop start of island traffic. Also having no Mot here it ment I had a independent inspection done about a month before, I know this isn't 100% reliable but it's easy to miss obvious stuff when you get those rose tints.

Good luck with the purchase and you won't stop grinning. Thumbs Up

Actually should have been done a while ago - should have had at least one more service since then. Thumbs Up

I agree with all of the above, the forum is a good place to start especially if you know the person selling or know someone who knows them. Thumbs Up

But we have to pay an importation tax that you don’t have to…….. Big Cry
