rear squeaking sound

Just wondered if any of you chaps could give me your verdict on this:

2007 HSE Auto: after some green-laning yesterday, car has developed a very loud squeak from the rear every time it goes over a bump in the road; I've emptied the boot and put the extra seats up to make sure it is nothing loose but squeak is still there and very annoying. At first I thought maybe the tailgate was loose, but all seems fine there. I'm thinking rear bush/damper?

Any thoughts would be welcome before I take it into the garage this week.

Thanks,
Gavin
