I'm on gg's and have noticed a bit of sideways movement (not tramlining) especially compared to the step fathers car on scorpions. Although his disco has done nearly 100k less than mine

Are you sure it wasn't the road surface you were driving on causing your D3 to tramline?
There's a stretch of carriageway not that far from where I live and lane 1 has the two worn ruts left there by years of heavy trucks passing by. My D3 will tramline like a good un on that section but move into lane 2 and it stops immediately. Tyre pressures etc. are all in good order but it still does it on that section. Mods:
