From what I can remember, its just a case of locking the doors, and firmly pulling back and left, it is very easy once you've done one, the old clips are likely to break, fitting is the opposite. The passenger door, you will have to remove the little grub screw, located on the door edge, then the process is exactly the same.

I have looked through the workshop manual and as far as I can see you need to remove the window motor, then you can remove the doorhandle. Section 501 somewhere but I only have the dutch version at hand. Sorry not to be of more help.

The job will take no more the 10minutes for all four handles, there is no need to remove anything other then the old handles

thanks Tony for your reply, i gave the o/s rear handle a good tug yesterday, i was afraid of breaking some thing, i take it the plastic bits on the rear of the new handles snap onto something metal wihin the door its self

You can change the whole 4 exterior door handles in about 15 mins

Nothing on the inside needs to be touched expect a small screw holding the lock on passenger door

You need to prise the caps of .. Which will break .. Slide the handle rearwards then pull out wards

Take a look here
