Black Plastic Trim

Hi All

A question about the black plastic body protection trim which is held on with some sort of popper. The piece which is on the offside rear of my D3 around the rear wheel arch is a tiny bit proud (say 2-3mm) of the body almost all the way around, like it needs to be pushed home to seal against the bodywork. I have given it a few moderate taps with my fist / palm of my hand but it's not moved. Does it simply need more of a firm thump or should I do/try something else?

I would take it off and make sure none of the locating pins are bent and that they are seated correctly, I know the front ones also have 2 tabs that slide between the wing and the inner arch, it could be one of those was miss aligned when last installed.

Yup take off to make sure but will need a good final thump to push home.
