Steering with the throttle

Afternoon all,

I have noticed that while travelling on a straight, flat road when i lift off the power my D3 steers left. Foot back on the gas and she will steer right. Brake hard and she stops nice and straight.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I checked wheel rotation, and it span nice and easy... not sure how else to check

and it best not be the bushes. spent about £1k on them 10 months ago! Rolling Eyes

anything else it could be maybe?

Thanks

(come to think of it, it had an MOT a month or so ago and inner track rod ends are worn they told me... would this be the reason do we think? I was going to replace them in Feb with its service after the bank has recovered from xmas, so do we think its vital to do them sooner?)

Engine torque effect?

Many american cars do this , especially when high output and torque is demanded

Or could be this bolt:

On mine after off road intensive use the right one had a bend, it result in a strange effect on the steering wheel during rear suspension compression while driving. The bending bolt during suspension movement rotate un-aligned resulting in a steering movement of the right rear wheel.

After 3k miles it broke itself at a very low speed.

Won't mind if it happens on highway Shocked
