Upper rear Arms

Can anybody give me some tips how I can go about torquing the rear upper Arm bolts please.

I can only seem to get a spanner on them, and can't find a solution to torque to 275nm.

Put another spanner on the spanner thats on the bolt and tighten it as much as you can it will be tight enough that way...
