Service Interval

Hello all

Does the D4 Dash (message centre) warn of when a service is needed ?

My car is 11 months old and I have just been sent a reminder from the Dealer ... but no message on Car Peter

Nope, don't remember my MY 12 informing me in September. My iPhone App did though. Thumbs Up If it don't fit the third time - try a bigger hammer

I may be getting my MY2011 mixed up with my MY2012 but I'm sure it popped up on the little screen where the mileage is to tell me a service was due Confused Cheers Ian

My service warning appeared last week, MY13. "Service Required" in the message centre. I'm 2000 miles short but time wise the end of this month it's due. Booked for Thursday.

My 13 model year started counting down at 1750 miles. Its not a year old yet, so no idea about time related count down.

Mine did, but it comes up almost straight away in the turn on/start sequence and unless you are really watching it is very easy to miss Joined the BMWX5 45e group

The first warning I got at 1750 miles, I was going along the M62 when it flashed up.

All subsequent warnings were at start up as you say.
