p0171, p0174 after I changed my t elbow

Ok, so my little t-elbow bleeding thingamigigy cracked and antifreeze went everywhere, luckily I was only 1 mile from my house. I happened to have a extra one and I replaced it and bled the system. Soon after, the codes p0171, p0174 popped up. Cars running fine, temp is around 185-195. I cleared the codes but they came back up a few miles later. Anyone????

Why would the system be too lean after I replaced the t elbow bleeder? Do you think it could be a vacuum leak, possibly at the elbow? I had to cut the rubber to reattach to the new bleeder, both ends.

Perhaps it's unrelated but I'm afraid I know very little about the petrol engine. Come to think of it, I don't know much more about the diesels! Laughing

Scotland

check for air leak at and after the air mass meter, its reading to low a flow, hence weak fuel level,

try giving it a clean and re check all flexible joints at the jubilee clips Thumbs Up
