D4 xenon question

Can I use xenon headlamps from a 62 plate D4 HSE in my 2010 commercial??

I realise some CCF activation my be involved but I'm just concerned the headlamps may have diff connections? 2012 Mercedes E250 Coupe AMG

on 2012 D4 we swapped halogens with xenon's - however they switch off themselves after cca 0.5sec. So we took IIDtool (latest firmware) to switch xenon's in the CCF - but Shocked - no xenon option is there.

We also have a Faultmate but no license for D4. On D3 - such an option in CCF is there.

Any idea how to make the xenons work with IIDtool? 2013 D4 TDV6 S; Baltic Blue; IID Tool BT

Thanks for info. Unfortunatelly - in area nearby (100km) - there is only 1 local independent garage who handle LR regularly - and they do not own such a state of the art diagnostic equipment Smile

Other than that there are 2 main dealer - but incapable of doing such custom operations (that is why we had invested into full disco3 license for Faultmate - to be able to help ourselves.

Let's see - may be an option will be added in IIDtool beta version Thumbs Up 2013 D4 TDV6 S; Baltic Blue; IID Tool BT
