Grounding issue? Perhaps?
Hi all, thanks in advance.
I have an issue with the key not being recognised as having been pulled out (says 'key in ignition' even after locking the car) and also my radio and nav screen has for a while been randomly turning off during journeys. Now, the radio won't turn off (even after locking) and is unresponsive on all the buttons.
Errors as below. I'm suspecting a grounding issue somewhere, does anyone here recognise these symptoms and have any idea on the best place to start?

I've solved the radio issue (temporarily or permanently I'm yet to discover) by merely removing the fuse for the A/V and reinserted it. Fuse 53. Took it out for about five mins, then back in. Working as normal now.
I've also dabbed a bit of grease on the end of the key blade too, and inserted in and removed it from the ignition barrel a few times. It has made the insertion smoother and I wonder whether there's a mechanical switch in the barrel that wasn't recognising the removal of the key, as its now working perfectly again
