BCM issue ? Door Locking, Starting and HVAC not working

Hi,
recently my D3 started to get a weird issue where i cant lock/open the doors via the key or the button in the car. So the driver side door is open and the passenger side door cant be unlocked.
The HVAC unit does completely not work and does not light up, so nothing can be used.

Starting the car works only partially. Basically it starts one time but if i turn it of i needs x time to be able to start again. It is definitely not a starter issue, more a the immobilizer cant be deactivated issue.

On the gauge cluster the needles dont return to 0 so when turning the car on the needle do a funny jiggle. And the outside temp is not getting displayed, also the kilometers get reset.

I had the issue come up a few days ago, after testing every fuse and measuring the battery voltage (lower end of the acceptable range) it worked again but it came back today.

Searching on the forum only came up with the three green wire splice but i think it does not 100% match my issue. It would be great to get some input regarding my issue before i willy-nilly try to start tearing it up.
Thanks in advance Smile
