Simpson Driving
Hi, I am heading off to the Simpson in May, just looking for advice on settings for terrain control settings. I have read that DSC needs to be turned off and tyre pressures down to about 20psi but not sure on the rest ,I guess experience when I get there will guide me. Any advice will be welcomed. Thanks Kev

Hi Kev,
Should be a great trip, we're going in August, with the Evoque! For the D4, I'd recommend:
* 23 psi cold, adjust lower when required (eg the longer dune stretches); how low will depend on your tyres
* Hi range, terrain response at on-road. This is the most economical setting, only select Sand for ascent up larger dunes where you need good power delivery (and yes - DSC off in that case), or GGS if it's a very rutted climb (but remember to turn HDC off as well) - low range if steep dune.
* Big Red - low range, sand mode, DSC off.
