car and computer is fine and that's why I've been busy. everything fine at the dealers, spent an hour and a half looking over and checking the car. dealer was fine lending me some steps to check the paint on the roof and other areas. tested everything before handing over the cash. a little disappointed with the performance of the car after leaving the dealers at 2 pm as it felt slugish (to be fair I was driving like a pussy) and glad to leave Adelaide as I almost got rear ended (twice) slow acceleration and not going above 100kph for first 200 kms. stopped a couple of times to er take a leak time started to get on so I sat on 110 the rest of the way with a few more of them rest stops 8) finally got home at about 8pm. the sound system is absolutely awesome.
Mrs Weasel had a cuppa waiting and scoffed it down, then forcibly made to take them out then picked up the old girl and we all went for a spin up and down a hill or two. came home, dropped the riffraff off and went bush for an hour or two came home went up and down, pushed a few buttons then went to bedat 1am
breakkie in bed, kindly supplied by dauther ans son (bed not near driveway so couldn't see D3 . got up with son in tow and sat inside for an hour going thru the manual (again ) the packed a lunch and went bush for the day collecting some firewood, came back to Whyalla and did a bit more bush bashing (literally, couple of small scuffs on wheel arches) went and washed car and put my foot down (not sluggish at all, wow)then had to wait for kids to get off computer. to sum it all up awesome I felt like a pro out bush and if I don't shut up someone's gonna smash my face. one problem though is that the D3 is dangerous. yes that's right dangerous. the way other motorist were swivelling their heads I thought they were going to do an injury. oh well not my problem. have a couple of pics, not many and will post shortly
