do you know how they deal with the black dot matrix (black silck screen shade around the glass, inside) so there is no air bubbles in the dots ?

The bit you asked about are ok with most of the littel holes look covered/filled but there is the odd bit that looks a bit silvery - but you only notice it if you are looking for it - I hadn't noticed it until you asked

They classed the rear door as one window.

I know some US "guys" use local kids water based glue, but this is not distributed in europe...

[I assume so as you say 7 rear windows.]
I had my 7 windows done recently, but that included the front side windows.
They classed the rear door as one window.
