| Timed Climate (shaded out)- sorry |

Hi
I had the timed climate enabled by Bodsy  a month ago on a 2011 D4, all seemed to be OK until mid week and now the timed climate button is shaded out on the home screen.
Does anybody know why
It's at the stealers on Friday for a service and MOT so will ask them if they can look at it.
Miss it this weather

Normally main dealers are reticent to touch anything that is after market, particularly software related that they haven't put in like towing electrics. I don't think they have the means to play about with park heat. The spec of your car comes up on their computer, so don't be surprised if they say its not covered by warranty and we aren't touching it as it wasn't put on by LR.
Oh, the other thing is park heat is greyed out if the ignition is on or such like when you try to program it.

Other customers who have had this, replaced their battery and all was well.
Have you tried charging the battery up and then doing a reset (disconnect battery cables and hold them together for 10 seconds or so). Bodsys Brake Bible

Dealers can enable this, they did on my first D4 without any issues and without any charge as it was in at the time for warranty work. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

I stand corrected. I had some genuine LR lights that I had enabelled at an Indy. My local main dealer was going to repair a fault in them, then must have pulled the file that said they didn't come from the factory like that, so wouldn't touch them.
