United Kingdom 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Auto Tonga GreenDiscovery 3

The Dr Tranny works for many D3's. How long, still remains to be seen. However, I still believe it is worth checking what is causing the Torque Converter to show these symptoms. If you have the occasional failing of the combine engine coolant/ATF radiator, then you will have ATF contamination. Change the TC or Transmission and you will face same issue again. A glycol test will show if the rad has failed. In which case, replace the rad or have an ATF cooler fitted.

I would then go down the Megaflush (with Dr Tranny) route, before thinking about a TC or Transmission change.
2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.
