Hi
My car was in for some warranty work today (...low coolant warning, saggy seat, knock from steering, crashing radio, failed horn...) at Stratstone in Stoke and I have to say that the service was excellent. All problems have been diagnosed - some rectified today and car re-booked for steering column and seat cover replacement under warranty.
Dealer was extremely helpful and my car came back to me cleaned inside and out. FL2 as a courtesy car (made me glad I bought the D3!!).
Overall a happy experience and one that I hope will be repeated next time I visit them. I know this kind of service should be the norm but I was pleasantly surprised nonetheless - particularly when you read of horror stories at other Stratstone dealers!! MY11 Disco 4 SDV6 HSE
