Thule Fat Mouths

With a garage full of Thule accessories and the D3 roof bars that don't fit them, I was interested to see Thule Fat Mouths on a US site. Do these allow "old" style accessories to fit the new wide bars.

Or could any of you USA guys ask your local Thule dealers? I phoned Thule UK but they were rather dismissive. Thanks, BCP.
