United Kingdom 2016 LR4 3.0 TDV6 Landmark LE Auto Santorini BlackLR4
Throttle body air leak D4 18000 miles

Throttle body and elbow replaced by dealer but continues to come apart causing fault code P2279 Air intake leak.
Is this a weak connection or is excessive pressure pushing joint apart. Either way what's the fix?
Top Photo showing joint pushed apart, lower photo is joint as it should be.
