| Three Year Service Plan Cost |

Hi everyone. Just considering the option of a three-year plan and after some gentle negotiation with the first dealer it came down from £1378.00 to £1176.00, which still strikes me as a lot of money, when my wife's Golf is £299 and my last touareg was £499 for the same three-year servicing. What's a fair price? I'd appreciate your experiences and suggestions on whether individual servicing or a service plan is the best option. I'd say it sounds a good deal, but DEPENDING on your mileage and how much faith you have in the dealership. Thus far I have had 2 services this year which have cost more than £1,000 between them - and nothing special either, Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

4 RR Classics (300-350k each, 2 manual, 2 auto)
110 V8 CSW (220k)
S3 109 hi cap pickup (ex RN)

I paid for 6 services on a plan and they work out at £184 each G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Think wiggs got his good deal taking out the plan when he purchesed the car.
I couldn't get near what he got when I tried to negotiate on a 2 year old car.
The average price for a service is £500 so 1200 for 3 is a pretty good deal Cheers Ian

I did get offered it when got my new car .. But declined ( thinking it was another money making scam )
Wasent till I was paying for my first service (£280 I think ) that they asked me again .I went home and read through it .. Then rang them with my bank details G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
