I need to improve the radio and CD sound to the third row of seats. I'm in an S spec with the HK amp. To put extra speakers in the boot is it simply a case of connecting in parallel to the door sets or is there a better way?
Thanks, BP

connecting another set in parallel will not work well and may even damage your amp
Resistances in parallel may well go below the amps threshold causing distortion at best, and overheating or failure of the amp. at worst.
It should be possible to split the amp input with a DI box or similar and then feed a seperate auxilary amplifier for additional rear speakers, i've not looked at the circuit diagrams as yet, it's possible that the audio is moved on the MOST bus, in which case, you're stuffed
