Picked up our HSE early March. 5,000 miles and not missed a beat. Still suffering from Permagrin, as is the wife. With 2006 model I am sure that the faults with the early cars have been sorted out.

I've got a loadspace liner ....it has upstands .......so it keeps all the dog puke in one place for me..........it does the job very well but has to be removed when you want the 6th & 7th seat. If you have a look on e-bay there are some reasonably priced loadspace mats too

sorry I meant the Sliding load space floor . Is this for the third row seats back or is it big enough to cover the whole area including when the third row is folded.

Covers the space behind the second row seating over the top of the folded third row.....think carefully before buying one of these ...they are very expensive ...and some have found them a pain I believe... PM Gazavich I think he has one he will tell you all about it.

Welcome to the site Frank

Sliding floor thingy covers the 3rd row seats, you'd have to remove it to use them.

Don't know where about's in Surrey you are but (as has been said on here already) if you can make it get yourself down to the Fairmile on Cobham this Tuesday evening, we can show you all around a D3 and answer all your questions. There'll be D3s (and the odd RRS) down there ranging from standard to fully modded so you'll get an idea of just how adaptable they are

Frank ...go to Guy Salmon Thames Ditton ....they're pretty good

Ragrding the D3, despite anything you've ever heard about past problems ............you'll never look back.

If you want to see some up close ...and we might even take you round the block, come to The Fairmile in Cobham next Tuesday evening and we'll sort you out Wink

Otherwise , go for it Very Happy

was just reading in the What Car mag August issue on page 156

" Guy Salmon Thames Ditton carried out the 15,000 mile service, but they forgot to spot the worn wipers, didn't close the bonnet properly and didn't return the car until nearly 8pm - all for the pricey sum of £345"

So it would seem that they have their moments. although it did go on to say that dealer has apologised and offered free labour next time round.

sounds like the sort of thing I would want don't think I would every have a need for the third row of seats to be used.

All dealers have their moment, Frank ...don't expect perfection because you will never get it.....but I have used them for the last four years.......What Car may have visited once perhaps?? There are a few members on the site who use GSTD and they will tell you the same.

To answer your original question:
6000 miles on - and my forum induced paranoia has dissappeared!
This forum is one of the best I have read, some of which have been in a professional capacity (marketing). The info that I have picked up from 'DISCO3.CO.UK' is invalueable, thanks guys!
My idea of a faulty product is one which fails to perform it's fundamental design criteria i.e. transport you from A to B. Most of the complaints on here do not involve a complete failure.
My posting will probably induce a torrent of contradictory replies, however my D3 still makes me smile regardless of other peoples complaints!

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
