No, not really, I've read that you can adjust all sorts of settings in the car with one, never had the call to do it on the D3 I had, but I asked for a list of things people found useful, and it seems lots do, so it's worth looking at more. Won't be a day 1 purchase, but never say never I guess.

You have a lot more room in your cars than me so there is no excuse not to install the following:
OCD pressure air & water cleaning. Air compressor moisture trap, after cooler, air tank & 3 compressors.
