That's it, I've had enough!!!
It's been snowing here most of the day with up to two foot in places!!! The porch roof is leaking so had to shovel off the half tonne of snow whilst leaning out of a bedroom window. Got my D3 out for a short play and got back into the drive OK (ish), took Jen's out and was a mare getting back in! I now face the prospect of digging out the drive and more snow is on the way!!!
Oh why did I not stay in sunny Florida!!!
PS It's snowing heavily again!!

Didn't really think of it as a rant but suppose so!!! I'd have been even more annoying from Florida as it would be reports on how nice & toastie it was and how many Frappachinos had been consumed.

Hasn't been more than 1c for two weeks, as low as -18c. Forcast has it like this for the next week or two with snow for the next two days!!! U know the snow is deep when the D3's door is making snow angel marks at offroad height!!!

At least over there I'd not be waiting on the temperture dropping low enough to stop the snowelt running through my porch!!!
Too True...Too True........Would be nice to have the snow melt problem instead of stuck out in the middle of the North Sea for another week.

That has its plus side, gotta dig out the drive tomorrow, one foot of soft snow on top of compacted stuff, or 2ft where not compacted!!! And Mrs DSL's snow clearing technique normally involves moving her snow to where I've just cleared!!!
