Terrafirma Red polybush reviews please?

Terrafirma red polyurethane bush reviews? Report post

Hello guys and girls, firstly thank you for letting me join your forumđź‘Ť
As I imagine a lot of people tend to do I join in the hope of instantly gaining feedback of your installations.

I’m about to fit a FULL set of Red Terrafirma poly bushes to every moving part of my suspension on my D3 V6.

Question is has anyone else fitted these to LR3 or 4 and if so was the car still as good on the road comfort wise?

Sorry to say but... First hand experience only please not what you may have read or heard of.

Had them on the front of my d3 when I bought it, they were fitted by my Indie during the previous owners time, my Indie admitted it was a mistake and when the time came I put standard arms and bushes back on, much nicer ride afterwards

Blimey DM, I take it the steel insert seized in the poly bush to cause that destruction.

Hi DM,
Was this on your own vehicle?
Do you know the brand of bushes that were installed as they look very basic as they do not have any chamfering on the ends which would cause high friction and lock up causing premature faliure.

If you search Polybush on here you'll see that those that have installed them have gone back to standard. Standard are fine. Thumbs Up

What I don’t understand is that a massive number of polyurethane bushes are sold for D3 & 4’s but you don’t see many reviews or tests online and even less feedback, just the odd horror story.

Surely, the odd horror story is enough to put you off fitting them to a 3ton house, no?

Wouldn’t the odd horror story of D3s failing put one off from buying a vehicle? Whistle Rolling with laughter
