I know quite a few use them on here,and I was persuaded to go a little out of my way to use them 2 years ago,but once again I was struck by the difference between them and others.
They actually listen to you,and instead of (mentally) rolling their eyes like you see some dealers do,they actually want to help you resolve any issues you have.
Small example today,I have a squeaky tailgate strut,which I've been meaning to lubricate for a few weeks....I didn't mention it,but I noticed they've done it for me.
It's a bit further to go than my nearest dealer,but it's well worth the extra miles.... "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
