TDV6 - judder/missfire, EGR? edit: converter

Hello

I am new to land rovers and have som running issues with mine 07 tdv6.

Engine Light on
P045d, Exhaust gas reciculation "B" control circuit - high, permanent

under load the engine "misfires" when on the power take up causing the whole car to judder, also engine hunts with little or no throttle. When driving in a upwards hill on 1800rmp at 45kmh suddenly the car shakes with or without rpm changes. When i flat out it would also judder similar to a transfer-case slip, but this could also happen with half throttle or less or sometimes not.

Live data shows following data on cylinder balancing offset on idle
injector 6 - 1030
injector 5 - 1039
injector 4 - 1155
injector 3 - 1202
injector 2 - 634
injector 1 - 1102

Obviously i have an issue with one of the EGR valves, as i have a 07 i considering buying a blanking kit and have the car retuned with blocked egr. Im guessing the blanking kits are the same, even though they say they're not for 07 + models?

I would think there is maybe more to it than just the EGR?

Swapped engine with allegedly 90k miles. the car has 160k miles

Thank you in advance for any good advices

Yes, blank your EGR and clean everything. You wil be amazed what you find.

You have to get the software from BAS to flash it. Also a good idea to get a remap from them at the occasion, if you can afford it.
But a much better investment than reinstalling the nasty EGR
Fixing LR problems very far from Solihull.
That's why my newest car is a 1999 Disco 2 V8 with 285.000 miles

The problem is the missing documentation, not the LR

I have doing som reading here on the forum and my car is full of typical problems Laughing

I think the judder is from a failing converter based on similar symptoms, so i have ordered dr.tranny to hopefully confirm the theory.

anyways where do you guys buy affordable converters? reinforced dosent hurt.
