Tayna Batteries ...thank you.
A big thanks to Tayna Batteries.
I brought a battery from them in Feb of this year, which was sent out to me in France.
Over the weekend the battery wouldn't hold a charge and I contacted them at 12.30 on Monday. They dispatched a new battery which arrived with me today, Thursday. No quibbles just an apology and a fast response.
Brilliant service even though I am in France. Lets hope it can continue after you know what An honorable defeat is better than a dishonorable victory.” ― Millard Fillmore

Can I only praise site sponsers then?

I will never use Tayna again muppets.
Last D3 battery Exide 017TE was losing volatge not much but enough so I could tell it wasnt quite right on a cold start, also needed constant topping up with the trickle charger, contacted them and I would have to return the battery to them and be without the car whilst they checked it out, I provided them with all the info/volategs etc etc.
Also the identical battery had almost doubled in price, 80 to 150!
I can understand they need to see it, but the risk of sending it to them with me paying the p+p, them charging it, testing it, pronouncing it fit then me having to pay return p+p, then have it fail some time later meant it was no deal for me.
Halfords it was and its been fine and dandy since, with my discount card the battery was 105 gbp, a few weeks later I noticed the Tayna Exide price had come down to 90gbp +9 gbp p+p, so Halfords were 7 quid more.
The old Exide 017te is now at the yacht club running the polystyrene cutter a job its struggling with, no surprise there!

In the 'site sponsors' or 'site sponsor' feedback sections ..yes, as they are for 'site sponsors' ....you know the people who pay the site money to advertise their services

Ok, so your issue is the location of the post not the content? Or both?
Edit
I see you have moved it, will post in correct section next time. An honorable defeat is better than a dishonorable victory.” ― Millard Fillmore

in this particular instance 'praise' was being offered ...but for a non sponsor in the sponsors section.... therefore in context of writing this instance of praise, the reply is correct. If it were criticism ..then the same context would apply ...you wouldn't criticise a non sponsor in the sponsors section either
Del has shares in Tayna you know The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the best of everything they have.
