| Tail Gate Wont Close Properly |

Hi all.
Hope all is well.
Today it started. When locking my car with the key fob the honk would sound to let me know that a door/bonnet/tail gate is open.
I found the tail gate wasn’t closing properly. No obstructions just won’t shut properly and seems to leave a little gap. Now the only way I can lock my car is to push the tail gate (top half)  with my hands then press the key fob and it closes.
Get in my car go for a drive and the sign tail gate open sign is on.
Any ideas?

One assumes that when you go for a drive, you open the drivers door by unlocking it which in turn unlocks the rear. If the top half of rear tail gate does not close properly it is usually the latch in the lower part of the tail gate. This latch also decides whether its closed or not. So I would suspect the lower latch is a problem again assuming with the lower tail gate open that the top fits properly all the way around, not being held open at all.

Hi.
Has anyone got a part number for a disco 3 2007 loser tailgate latch and cable please.
Where is the best place to get this also?
