Dear Friends I have the upper tailgate locked and I can't open it because the door lock when I press the handle I hear a slight noise but it doesn't release the hook
How to do ?

What happens when you press the tailgate button on the keyfob? .

Nothing; same situation slight noise from the release device not the classic clack ! I have good news by pressing and releasing the lock and unlock button on the driver side door several times I was then able to open the tailgate but once I closed this procedure, it is not always possible!
Following the attempts to open & colse the door alarm had also appeared on the dashboard and this did not allow the doors to be closed ! I will arrange to change the device and the opening switch.
but if doesn't open anymore, how can I do it ? Thks
