I did look at other options, one easily available in the US is similar to your carrier-arm-only versions but I wanted a real bumper/step because the plastic one with the cute little top section is more easy to slip OFF than to stay on. I also wanted steel as my interface between the vehicle and other things....I also plan to ad a little step/edge around the corner between the bumper and wheel arch - simply bolt or weld on. 96 Disco I, 210,000 miles - still going strong

No sorry - it was a flop - I'll change the title to reflect this and get one of the mods to lock the thread LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
