I thought in the big bunch of receipts it had had a new compressor in its life, but it doesn't seem to have. It's a 2005 V8 with 156k on it.
All was fine until I hit a bump and the dreaded yellow suspension warning came up
It had blown the 60 amp fuse, so replaced it after a week or two of running around - pumped up to normal height and then blew the fuse again
Ran around fine for a couple of weeks, slowly sinking
Swapped the relay and replaced the fuse
Now it's stuck in access mode height. Selecting normal does the following
Compressor runs for a couple of minutes and then turns itself off for 3 seconds, powers up for 3 seconds and so on. Guessing it's over heating? Turned off at that point. Throws the rising slowly warning, but I doubt its actually going up at all
Current codes are
U0421-94 ATCM .. Invalid data from ride level control module
C1A27-14 RLM ... Compressor circuit
C1131-92 RLM ... Air supply
C1A20-64 RLM ... Pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir
U0132-98 VDM ... Lost communication with ride control module
Is it time for a compressor replacement, or are there multiple things here? 2003 Discovery 2 V8 GS
2005 Discovery 3 V8 HSE

Mike.
Is that the common reason for 60A fuse blowing ?
The compressor? Or is it shorted wiring ?
