Suspension C1131-92 (AF) Air supply - Component failure |
|
Hello All
I have this intermittent random suspension fault that pops up occassionally during normal road driving in my MY08. Unlike normal suspension faults with specific information on what's wrong this one is a mystery.
The compressor is rebuilt and functioning well as are the valve blocks. There's no sagging or leaks.
I recently replaced the centre valve block with a fresh one to see if that was it (Air Supply) but it came back again today same fault. The system was all clean and nice looking at the previous centre valve block internals.
30 seconds after getting the C1131 fault the follow U code was logged:
Terrain Response
U0421-94 (27) Invalid data received from ride level control module - Component failure - unexpected operation
I think this is just the cascading codes from the first C1131-92 fault.
Not sure what next step is if to change the compressor again or just wait till worse codes appear?
TIA

have you cleaned exhaust valve upon compressor rebuild? and blown all the air ducts?
I found loads of white powder everywhere from dryer beeds deterioration blocking some chanels and therefore i was getting some codes related to underperforming system
good luck
